Sara Rousta is an associate in Secretan Troyanov's "Litigation", "Arbitration" and "Alternative Dispute Resolution" group. She graduated from Geneva University in 2003. She trained with Bonnant Warluzel Avocats from 2003 to 2005 and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2005. She joined Secretan Troyanov in 2006. She is a teaching fellow at Geneva University for Labour Law and assistant to Professor Gabriel Aubert.

Sara Rousta specializes in the fields of labor law and commercial, criminal, civil and administrative litigation and arbitration. She regularly advises and represents Swiss and non-Swiss clients in litigation and arbitration and drafts employment agreements and other labor law-related documents as well as other commercial contracts.

She is fluent in French, English and Persian.
