André Gruber is a Partner in Secretan Troyanov's "Litigation and Arbitration" and "Corporate" groups. He graduated from the University of Fribourg in 1998 and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2000 (ranked 3rd of the Canton). He joined Secretan Troyanov in 2002 and became a Partner in 2005. Prior to joining Secretan Troyanov, he was a management consultant with Bain & Co. in Zurich.

André Gruber's practice focuses on international commercial litigation, with an emphasis on banking, healthcare and sports litigation. He also advises parties in arbitration proceedings. Additionally, André Gruber regularly advises corporate clients in relation to mergers & acquisitions, shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts. André Gruber is also an expert on Swiss immigration laws and is the only Geneva-based lawyer listed in the Corporate Immigration section of the Who's Who Legal.

He is fluent in French and English, with a working knowledge of German.
